To apply for the 107th Precint Auxiliary Police Program:   Please Contact Us to let us know you are interested in becoming an auxiliary police officer.  Include your full name, home & cellular telephone numbers, and e-mail address.  We will inform you when the next class is being scheduled. Download the following forms: Auxiliary Police Enrollment Application Parental Consent Form (if less than 18 years old) Special Skills Qualification List Medical Clearance Form Acknowledgment of NYPD Drug Policy (This form must be signed in the presence of the Auxiliary Coordinator.) Complete all information, and either bring it to the interview, or drop it off at the 107th precinct in a sealed envelope addressed to P.O. Dell Hochman, Auxiliary Coordinator.  Include the following documents with the forms: 2 Copies of the following: Driver's License or Non-Driver ID If NYS ID is "Temporary Visitor", then you must submit a valid U.S. Work Authorization Card Social Security Card Proof of Address (utility bill, telephone bill, etc.) If you were ever arrested or issued a criminal court summons, you must submit the following additional information: A Handwritten letter stating why you want to join the Auxiliary program Original disposition from the Court with a Raised Seal Brief letter describing each incident written by you and signed 3 Signed reference letters with name, address, and telephone number
